You don't know how supercharges work do you?

Supercharging is usually limited to extraordinary single game performances or streaks. 5 for 5 or 3 HRs, etc.

Shohei has been great this month but hasn't had a single game achievement worthy of a Supercharge, at least that I could see. He is most likely already queued up to get a great All Star card in a few weeks so I doubt he sees a POTM card either.

Taylor's feat is in Topps Now territory and is not something that would get him Supercharged. He did indeed earn an actual Topps now card for his achievement so he will probably be in one of the two next Topps Now releases (I don't know when their cutoff is).
