I bought two 50 packs and didn’t get it. Although I lucked out by getting a live series mookie so I was able to sell it off and got my stubs back plus some.
I wonder if the people who have the card bought it outright or if they just got really lucky. After two attempts I’m probably gonna pass up on it but I’m just curious what others have done.

I flipped to get mine, i prefer to buy my cards off the market rather then gamble my stubs away, at least you know what your spending them on then.

I made the mistake of buying packs last year, before I realized how [censored] the luck is and how many packs they just give you for free in programs.
If you want a high value card and can find a way to flip for it, that's your best path. Packs, for me at least, are just a bonus and should not be relied on to find any type of card

Well I’ve opened 53 chase packs this season and nothing above an 85. You have have to be super lucky to get it. Definitely wouldn’t buy packs to get him. Wouldn’t buy packs at all honestly. Odds seem even worse since this stub sale.

I got Edwin Diaz from the packs for finishing the Jazz map. Sold him as he was a duplicate and decided to buy a 50 pack. Pulled a low diamond and a second chase pack. First of the chase packs was Mantle, the second was Yordan Alvarez.

Will you open my packs for me? I went on a 300-pack dry spell without drawing a diamond. I'm about 150 packs into my current dry spell.

I bought it, I suck with him hahaha. I bought him to replace trout as my cf and have tatis and babe in the corners until hank replaces tatis. I’m not just sucking on hall of fame with him and legend I’m sucking in events.

Pulled him out of the only Chase pack I've seen this season. I've probably opened close to 1,000 packs lol.

You have to adjust at hitting with him pretending he's a smaller guy. He's just slightly smaller than Chipper which messed me up for a bit too.

I did a bunch of little equipment collections like collect 10 bats, collect 5 fielding gloves, etc.. and wound up with a bunch of free packs. Got a Chase pack and pulled him. Still shocked.

That happened to me last year. I had done great pulls from the jersey collections.

They have good bait in the Chase Packs this year but buying show packs is always a bad idea unless your trying to stock up on common free agent cards
