Yeah, I have been getting a Something Went Wrong message for days when clicking on a game to get details.

Looks like SDS changed the path of the universal profiles...
it used to be https://mlb23.theshow.com/universal_profiles/gamertag
now it is https://mlb23.theshow.com/universal_profiles/xbl(or psn)/gamertag
So that is why so many are having problems finding universal profiles and link issues from games.

Yes, because that is the older url format (why I said "it used to be")...you have to use the second url format that I posted (after where I said "now it is")!

I'm not getting yours up either. I was able to pull up mine using that format (also PSN) as well as some others. So, I don't know why your profile isn't coming up.

We are having issues finding game history for certain users in league. I tried several ways of bringing them up and either get user not found or we find them and click on games and says error message.
Can anyone assist with figuring out why these dont work?
22 same names show up fine.

Mine is still not working. I can't click through website to my history but I can look it up and see it. I just can't click into any game I played or it will go to error. Only does it under '23 not '22 or '21

I found this morning that I had to open up the universal profiles pages in a different browser window that does not show me logged in. It wasn't coming up in the same browser window as the forum for some reason.
