Decisions, Decisions!

I have had the first Boss pack sitting in my inventory for 3 days now and still can't decide who to take. I love Maddux but IMO, he isn't great until you get to HOF. Utley is always a good option even at 1st if needed. Of course Rivera is a no brainer any time and was more than likely going to be my pick. Until they dropped Kenley!
I'm at 400k XP now and should have the next Boss pack today sometime so I guess it doesn't matter much now LOL

Irritates me they have Longoria, Verlander, & Thomas for BR rewards as that's a fairly easy choice IMO. Boss pack they have Sizemore, Utley, Rivera, Maddux, & Donaldson. Much more difficult choice to me LOL! Oh well, I'll get 3 of them at least. I'm at 430K so should have 2 shortly.

Yes but you get to chose 3 and if you play enough you should get to all boss packs. Forgot about Donaldson thats my first pick then Maddux followed by Utley.

Most of the decisions are easy with the exception of the Boss pack. I'm at 450k so now I have 2 packs and still can't decide LOL.

I'm taking Utley, but I have absolutely no desire to take any of the program Kaiju pack cards, so I'm stuck on those. I took Shawn Green after hitting a random number generator. I'm still wondering if I should take a captain pack though. I have the Jeter card to boost it, but I'm wondering if I should take Sosa(Since the 99 is 3 cards away), or someone else like Perez

If you're indecisive about who to take, it's probably best to open the pack and just select whoever is going for the most on the market and then buy back once you make a decision (and the prices come down).

You only use one RH reliever in your pen? Of course not, so what’s wrong with having the two best? I understand what you are saying, I had the same reaction at first too. I am still going to pick Rivera first, then Maddux. I know Gossage has his card out too. So that is another RH reliever. We just need Billy Wagner and we will have the top 5 relievers - Chapman is the other LH. Series two has so many good relievers. I wish we could bring more than one WC!

I currently have Matzek, Franco, Loup, & Doolittle as the lefties in my pen. I took Donaldson with one of the Boss packs and was going to grab Rivera with the other one I have but then I grabbed Gossage so now my RH relievers are Goose, Jansen, Gagne, and Wilson.
My rotation is pretty solid with Gibson, WBC Ohtani, Roki, Pedro, and Blue so I may grab Utley and hold off on Maddux.
Ohtani is great but I don't hit well with him and I don't like him not having a SNK.
Who knows, I may sell Ohtani, grab Maddux and buy Chapman with the proceeds from Ohtani. I don't know. Not that it'll matter considering I'm not very good LOL

You seem to have a solid pitching staff, starters and relievers. I am not very good either, so we have that in common! You seem to be able to get some good cards, so you got that going. Best of luck with whoever you get.
