If I get desperate at catcher I'll give this a try, just going to continue running with 2017 Gary, Pudges swing is just awful, I couldn't hit with him last year I don't know why I thought this year would be any different lol

I know this doesn't help but Eddie Matthews was so easy to finish and he's probably the best 3b if Sheffield isn't a realistic option for you.

Yep, Had to go the dashboard route for mine. Needed 2 hits in the final game. Prolly did it 5 times. The next one was easier. 7 Hits and a Homerun I think. The one after that was a little difficult too. Mainly cause you're at Home. I kept only getting 4 ABs a game.

lol I don’t get into arguments with people on message boards. What he said is irrelevant. I even sometimes switch to directional hitting in moments. Whatever I can do to knock them out quickly. I sleep good at night.

Newsflash. I didn't cheat. The Astros did.
Breaking news. This is cheating the game. Grow a pair, try it again or do something else. Advocating to dashboard is using game mechanics for unintended use.

Well newsflash for you, I never said to do that, it was another guy. And to show my transparency, I’ll admit I had done it last year when some of the moments were close to impossible (moments extreme). I’m just trying to help a fellow board member to complete a task he’s struggling with. I think it’s alot more refreshing than all the complaining that goes on here.
You don’t have to like it, I couldn’t care less. I’m sure the ones that will find it helpful will be grateful

Thanks for the tip. I actually got 5 hits in the first game (which went to 12 innings), the first time I tried. I then only got 2 hits in the last two games and failed.
Have failed about 10 attempts since.
If I had done the dashboard the first time I would probably be done with this...

It means closing the application before the game ends if you’re not having a good game.
Lets say first game you get 4 hits, off to a great start. Second game, you’re almost towards the end and have zero hits and really pooped the bed. Well before that game ends, close the game (application) and re-enter. You’ll then be able to restart the second game while keeping progress of your first game intact.
Be very careful though, some vultures on here think it’s the crime of the century and criticize you for doing it

Does it still work? I tried doing it last night and it counted the game as being played.
