Well considering none of us work for SDS, I don't think somebody here can help you out, if your story is true you'll have to contact sds (the support button top right) and hope for the best

I’ve submitted multiple tickets and nothing back from them. Plus, when they do get back to you, I heard it’s just an automated bot and not an actual human.

While they have never responded to my tickets for various stuff, I don't see how anyone here is going to be of much assistance. We don't work for SDS, and we would not be able to inquire on your behalf.
My only suggestion is if you really are innocent, you should ask them for proof of the stub transaction they claim you did. If they don't reply then they have made their decision, and nothing is going to change their mind, and then you have to make hard decisions as to how far you are willing to go to be possibly play again.

I just hope an SDS developer or somebody higher up sees these interactions with not just me but you said it yourself, they haven’t responded to you either. I will say equipment is notorious for stub transfers, you may have accidently caught yourself in one and they got confused, but no way to know for sure

Really? I did not know that. Next time, I’ll just lay off the flipping for good. I had about 320k from just playing. It’s easy when you get lucky and pull some blue diamonds. I just think that I was in the crossfire and I hope I can get my account back soon in time for Season 2.

I am no expert but I think stub transfers all boils down to anomalous Marketplace transactions. If a card is going consistently for 50 stubs and somebody lists it for 500 and it immediately sells then that is the type of transaction that I would think that they scan for.
Maybe they identified a an actual stub seller and going through their transactions saw that you had one or more transactions with them. I would hope that would not be enough evidence on it's own but if the transaction was fishy then maybe it would be.
The last one would be buying and/or selling cards to another account on the same PlayStation
Regardless of what they found I think they should be more detailed in their responses from Customer Service. "You were banned for Stub Manipulation. Here are the transactions that precipitated the ban." Then list the market transactions.
It serves no purpose to ban people if those people never know exactly why they were banned. No lessons are learned that way.

100%. I’ve just flipped equipment since the game came out. Never was involved in any buying stubs or selling stubs. I’ve bought the game and that’s the only money I’ve spent on it. The game is meant to be grinded. It’s meant for you to have every card or close to that if you just play. That’s why I think i just got caught up with somebody else’s account and they thought, “Oh look. You’re selling to this “flagged” account. You’re selling stubs.”
Im sure a lot of people get banned this way but that doesn’t make it right at all. I enjoy playing The Show and have for years. This is the first game I’ve actually grinded a lot in the beginning when it first came out. I also wish that you could talk to a human or a representative from SDS just to get clarification. It sucks speaking to a bot and not getting any answers. I haven’t heard anything yet so I will keep trying.

How is it deserved when the game clearly states that flipping will not warrant a ban or a suspension? I’ve grinded the game so much that I wanted to flip equipment because that was the only thing left to do to try and make stubs and they ban me for that. It doesn’t make sense.

Still trying to get a response from the tickets I’ve submitted. Nothing yet. Man, this sucks.

Why do all your games show a loss next to them? Also why are all of them only at most 5 minutes long, even the 10-0 losses.
It could just be me but something strange is going on here. -

I’ve played about 20 online games. I’m more of an offline grinder, hence the 300 hours played. Never really got deep into playing online.

Or it could also be me grinding mini seasons and getting my 40 bags and exiting out so I could get my BIAH pack. I’m telling you, man, I’m not one to sit here and cheat and exploit the game. I just want my account back. I would sit on the show for 24 hours straight if I got my account back.

It’s all good! Would rather sweat it out and make my players look cool and play with my favorite players than sweat out an online game, you know? I hope so too. Haven’t heard anything back and have been trying to contact them and trying to get into touch with developers.
