I could agree more if they made us do them on legend but everything is veteran & you get 30 points for it. Just take it bit by bit & you’ll be fine.

I hate showdowns. They are too hard. They induce panic attacks because they are so nerve-racking. They need to be on beginner with double to triple the outs. With the defense taken off God mode.

My issue with Showdowns are this -- why are we paying a fee to enter them -- I understand why it started there were packs in the showdown etc but unless I am missing something I have looked at the reward path and NOT one pack is in ANY of the showdowns so I repeat WHY do we have to pay to enter them ? -- if i am wrong on the packs then I will take back what I said but if there are no packs then makes ZERO sense to charge us to enter them.
Assuming I am right on the packs thing would LOVE if SDS came out and told us why they continue to charge us per entry.

I agree that the fee is ridiculous. I don't find showdowns fun at all but it would be slightly more tolerable without having to pay. As it is I feel like I'm paying to end up liking the game a lot less.
Only able to progress halfway in the Charisma program without the showdown. Yay.

I’ve beaten ninja gaiden black on master ninja. I can get through events and BR without too much frustration. I don’t know what it is with showdowns I fail the first one or I might fail the last. I don’t like the way it makes me feel for sure. Don’t they usually give more than one option? I got through the extreme program without doing the showdown last year I think.

How many times do we have to tell SDS not to force their player base to play modes they hate! Showdown should never be required for a program period!
Let's be honest if they listened to their player base then there would be one group wanting to get rid of Showdowns, another group who wants to get rid of Moments, Yet another who wants to get rid of Conquest.
They will never please everyone.
Of course they can: give people options. No one is saying get rid of showdowns. They are saying stop making them required. If you want to do showdowns, fine, do showdowns, but give another path for those that hate them. Conquest is my favorite part of the game but I fully understand those that hate it and never want to play it. No conquest map should be required for a program either. Make events, conquest, showdowns, etc effectively shortcuts to complete things, but provide a path where everyone can complete them. They got this right last year with the extreme program.
Yeah take your logic and leave. What SDS does is correct and nobody has ever, could ever, or will ever provide more fun and original content than them. If you want options play other games, but when you do…don’t pretend they came up with programs and rewards. Only SDS has programs and rewards.
