They learned from their mistake. Everyone hated the flash sale because they couldn’t get the packs. Now everyone can get one. I’m sure there will still be complainers but SDS really does listen.
I understand any sort of positivity in these forums becomes immediately controversial, but I just want to point out that SDS in the case of today’s flash sale, listened and attempted to make a change for the better. -
And anyone sharing their issues with the game also becomes controversial. Goth both ways here.

I mean I really appreciate that they managed to fix the pack sale really quickly and all that, but can I catch a routine fly ball near the outfield wall now please? It’s been a month already......

I can deal with that, honest. I just don’t ever want to see the ball hit an outfielder in the face while he waves his arms and shakes his head like a drunkard trying to dispel a cloud of angry hornets again.

Yay I get my shot at a diamond player.... that can’t catch a flyball. This is what makes SDS greedy. They need to fix the game, not drop packs.

Awesome of SDS to learn from last time and roll out the flash sale like this. It also allows people who work a variety of schedules access, too, which shouldn't go unnoticed.
