XP Reward Path - 25k Bonus Wheel Visuals

Greetings,
We’ve seen some users mention not seeing or not receiving wheel spins after crossing the 25k XP threshold in the bonus section of the XP Reward Path.
There are a few steps you can take if you believe you were not granted a wheel spin properly:
- Go into the XP Reward Path screen in Diamond Dynasty. This will sometimes update your XP to be completely current and could trigger the wheel spin.
- Close app, and go back into Diamond Dynasty. This will sometimes trigger the wheel spin. However, this is a visual of a previously acquired spin, so if you have already opened or received the rewards for that spin (see step 3), it may appear that you didn’t receive anything.
- Check your packs and inventory. The wheel spin may have taken place in the background, without the visual game showing, and thus you may have already been granted the rewards. If you do not have new packs, it’s possible you’ve opened them already, or your reward for that particular wheel spin was 7,500 stubs.
If you have gone through all these steps, and still believe you were not properly granted rewards, please put in a support ticket here:

@sds I have had the reward screen come up right when I logged into the game. I ended up with a silver reward of 5 show packs but when I went into my inventory, nothing was there. When I went back into the main program it showed that I had just gotten the 25Kxp reward as I was 1000+ xp into the next cycle. Is this a known issue?

I'm flat out missing like 10 rewards from the wheel. They never showed in inventory and the wheel never popped up. So is the case a "whoopsie were sorry" from you guys or is there actually going to be some sort of fix or something? I'd like to get the packs or wheel spins I'm missing but I won't hold my breath; I know better.

Yeah I keep logging in it gives a wheel spin and then nothing. Idky but yeah I get nothing. Feel like this new system wasn’t fully tested out properly. Js.

Wheel spin landed on diamond. Showed me getting the pack. But pack never came into my inventory. Submitted a ticket. Wonder how long it will take for a response?

This is the 3rd time the wheel didn't work for me after following all of these steps. Submitting a ticket as mentioned.

Its not until you finish the program and get to the bonus section at the end of the reward path.

I had a wheel spin last night and it landed on diamond boss pack. I went to packs and it’s nowhere to be found.

Same no response for a while I like the wheel spin concept but when it’s bugged and you don’t get the reward it kind of loses the joy of it

I got to 531k and went into the Season 1 program screen and nothing. The screen just sat there and buzzed. I submitted a ticket, but I’m wondering SDS should change the graphic to show what the reward was. I’ve checked the program screen from my XBox, PS5, and Switch with the same results for all three.

I got to 834k and loss the reward many times.

Yeah, it is definitely an issue. I'd say the 25k spin works 1/2 to 3/4 of the time. At first, I thought it was me backing out of the screen before the animation to run the spin loaded. However, that is not the case, and exiting to lose a reward shouldn't be a possibility for users. I've also seen what other users describe, the spin fails, come into the game next time and it runs, but no reward is collected. If the spin deal is flaky, as it appears it is, then maybe the system should just do a random pack award (without the spin animation - which is nice looking but not functional) in the meantime. That random award system at least seems to work in other areas of the game. Or just expand the reward path to infinity and do the random auto drop every 25k like it does for other rewards on the path.
I submitted a ticket awhile ago, along with an update with additional info, and never heard a response. No worries on that as I figured it was early in the game and other higher priority items existed.

Let me add my experience as well. 2 spins 2 Diamond pack wins and nothing as well. Yippee

I got my first spin the other day and I got the choice WBC/Charisma pack and thankfully it worked just fine. I had the animation and then the pack was in my inventory. Fingers crossed for subsequent experiences as well

50k and 100k milestones seem to be the problem. So the wheel spin really does only work half the time.

I noticed if I didn’t go into the path after I finished my 25k path and entered into another game automatically granted me 7.5k stubs
