EASIER PITCHING MAKES THE GAME BORING!!!

game was great at launch quit tuning things and "fixing" something that isnt broke. im a regular top 100 online h2h player and wondering why you feel the need to dumb down the game into every pitcher being an ace. im referring to the gameplay balance change-pitch accuracy tuning. when you make pitcher accuracy too easy every at bat is done in a few pitches and it ruins the batting experience, not to mention pitchers go so far into the game you never even use bullpen. all my games go into the 8th 1-0 and the 1 is whoever got the lucky solo Jack. get the game back to where it was please next patch you made it unplayable almost. in my opinion you get back to making pitching accuracy alittle harder less soft contact (balls not in my pci that make contact) and youll have a knockout game.

If every game is 1-0 for you now with a very slight buff to pitching (didn’t really do much, still too many pinpoint problems) then I have a hard time believing you were a top 100 player…

Why would I think you’re lying? Because no top 100 player is putting up 1 run a game now because of pitching and honestly if you’re struggling to hit now because of pitching then I’m glad pitching is better because you were clearly waiting for the cpu to hang a good release pitch for you to be able to hit

and please mate - let's not try to puff up our chests here - you are speaking to one of the best players in the game for years here - canuckler not myself to be clear - i could easily say i was once ranked 3 in events - it means nothing you know? top guys win that is what they do - not eke out 1-0 games

because people with clearly absolutely nothing better to do then sit on a message board like you drown out what couldve been a conversation that was meant to be constructive criticism about a video game from a person who plays the game alot this is stupid and i cant wven believe im doing this but i love the game at launch and noticed a drastic change in my experience

Eh I disagree to an extent, do I think that pitching is easy? Yes, absolutely. I use meter pitching and to me it’s the best way to control my pitches. However, I also think maybe your hitting just isn’t that good this year. I’m ranked inside the top 50 (as of this afternoon) and I do just fine in scoring runs.
Maybe you should change what settings yours batting is on?
As for the length starters go, I found this year to be extremely tough for starters to go 8+ innings. I admittedly try and paint the black so I tend to throw more pitches than my opponents do but I also don’t use max speeds either but i feel like even giving up less than 5 hits my starters are toast by the 7th or 8th inning.
Maybe it’s just your style of play?

I’ve run across players who can’t hit and can’t pitch but I honestly think they changed up some of the mechanics and you just have to kind of re-learn how to play with them. I’m averaging almost 10 hits a game and giving up around 5. I switched to the new BAT PCI which has helped me with hitting this year. What settings do you use to hit and pitch? And what settings do you use for batting and pitching in online?

ok i think im actually gonna try that bat pci i use strike zone and zone hitting nd the pitching you draw the pitches its worked reallt welly for me in the oast and even esrly this year just saw a drastic change and wanted to see what other players were experiencing

No matter what they do there will be players saying that the game is no longer fun or boring.
If they accommodated all your wants and desires for the game then those changes would just trigger someone else to complain.
