I don't even use custom stadiums and I don't believe that. I am guessing there are some really nice ones out there but that they are just very rare.
The problem would be trying to find those rare nice ones amongst the ones deluge of dreck.

I tried to when I reported the player but the email they suggested to use got bounced back to me saying it’s no longer valid.

Nope. Im telling you that creating a thread in the forums, which usually ends up bad no matter what game we're talking about, isnt the the best way to go about telling SDS, or any other studio, how to do their jobs. You can report in game and you can screenshot and send the files through a ticket.
That’s great, like I said I tried to do it via the instructions and my email bounced back which lead me to the forum. Regardless I’m still wanting answers how he used a created stadium in an online rated game when I tried to do it they were all locked and his stadium wasn’t in there as an option so obviously he’s hacking.
I’m thinking the stadiums you’re trying to use do not respect the online criterias; I don’t remember them specifically, but I think it has to do with OF dimensions and maybe elevation. There’s a prompt that should tell you while you’re editing if it’s online eligible or not.
The created stadium I played in was names “I” and it was 5000 ft elevation with 300ft fences.
If I go into online rated and pick the Phillies and go to custom stadiums they are ALL locked. Not that I’d wanna use them anyway since I’m a Phillie fan I use CBP but if mine are all locked how was his playable?

I think you would need to save a stadium to your vault to unlock them. Most of them ruin the online experience because people choose stadiums with high altitude and short fences. Contact swing homers left and right. I only use offline in mini-seasons to pad stats.

This would make sense then. I don’t use custom stadiums in any mode and I’ve never actually been in the “vault” so it makes sense mine would all be locked lol

at this point all of the unis and stadiums should just be the ones in the game clearly people cant handle makeing them at all they cause are all filled hate and problems

Or, you know, others could actually be considerate and realize that this is a game rated E for everyone and avoid using racist or crude words or imagery since you never know who you will be matched up against.
It's SDS's game and we play by their rules so I say report it and let them make the call.
And while it is true that too many people get offended too easily these days it is also true that here are too many people out there who are just rude, unthinking, unempathetic or just intentionally trying to offend others for fun. I have little tolerance for the latter.
