Account Banned for Points System?

I also just checked my log in history on xbox and there wasnt anything that wasnt me so it was not through xbox

Nobody can answer for sure but based on the points system explanation it seems like they believe you are using some cheat or exploit to earn program points faster.

Well, I received an email from the support staff and they said it was for account sharing/win trading in BR apparently. The funny thing is that I have never played BR in the show 23 and I certainly didn’t give access to my account to get wins in it ,so idk where this came from. I followed up on their email to hopefully get proof of this magical BR game.
I was banned last year from playing online games when at that point i hadnt played one. They reversed it pretty quickly
I played one RS so far. That’s it. Nothing fishy whatsoever. How log did it take them to reverse it?
Within a day I had response that it was a mistake.

Can’t believe we’re really having to go through this.
Can a new account even be created without rebuying the game? I just don't want to feel like I wasted 100 bucks on the game

I don't believe the OP or anyone saying "I got banned for nothing."
You did something against ToS.
Take your punishment with honor and learn from your mistake. Stop posting here looking for sympathy. -
Yes you can start a PSN account and you are set. I did this the other day and I have been playing. Sucks I don’t have the stubs or cards but it works.

Oh and this is the only game I play and played online to get the eggs and didn’t add PS plus to this account . Maybe I’m sharing it with my other account that is also there so not sure.

Well, if you ask for a refund; you have to buy the game again.
But like this person stated; you can make a secondary PSN ID and play the game that way. You just won't get the bonus packs, Double Daily Logins, and will have to start from scratch.
But if they banned you console of ISP; you're SOL.
Also, if they find out you made a secondary account, off an account that was banned, you risk the option of them banning the newer account which would also cause them to ban your console, that PSN ID, and your ISP from ALL future releases.

At this point I'm probably not buying any future releases of this game. It's ridiculous to have received this ban without showing any proof of them saying I "cheated".

Only $200? We are in the same boat and I spent $700 on stubs. I always spend a lot in the beginning and then tapper off. At 45 years old I don't need to explain why I do it, but it is something to enjoy when I am not working or traveling to Times Square.
My office is in NYC and I am actually older than you so I understand, and I spend significantly more than 200 as well....certainly more than 700 also....but again, don't need to justify anything to anyone

Stop posting here looking for sympathy.This just really isn’t a smart comment. 4 or 5 years ago I was banned along with thousands of other people for “manipulating the market” I sent several emails… was even personally trolled on Twitter by Ramone.. well guess what about 3 weeks in they found that it was THEIR mistake. They had to reinstate thousands of players who were found to have never cheated. Just normal flipping. When I went to the forums.. it was the same thing… everybody telling me that it couldn’t possibly be on SDS… I had to be cheating. Well I wasn’t and I doubt that any of these people were either. Everyone can make mistakes even SDS….
