Who is tired of giving up bombs from 100 mph painted FBs up and in and even out of the zone. Then they hit a painted offspeed down and in or away below the zone out of the park. Don't even talk about putting it near the middle . Holy [censored] don't do that.
This [censored] is crazy. I used to be a good pitcher. Never had to sweat great pitches so much and be pissed so often when I put it exactly where I wanted because it's a dinger.

It’s not so much the pitches themselves, but the fact that almost every run comes from home runs. Glorified home run derby again this year. Seems like it’ll never change unfortunately. Not very fun imo

Soooo, what I'm getting out of this is that you expect HRs to only come from pitches that are located in the middle of the strike zone and anything on the edges should never be a HR? Am I correct in how I read your post? If that is correct, I believe you are being unrealistic and sounds a lot like you are whining about taking an L!

The problem that the last few The Show games have had are the Devs are focusing TOO much on the offensive part of the game. It’s a video game and I agree that you shouldn’t make the game a real game simulation but if I’m throwing a sinker on the hands, that [censored] should NOT be a rocket to the gap or a moon shot to Pluto. They need to fix pitching for sure.

The issue I have had the last two days is the pitches glitching out. It will be on it's way, then the pitch will suddenly jump in a random direction, usually into the heart of the strike zone.
Have given up multiple no doubt bombs this way. Bad enough I am not a good hitter, I don't need SDS AI being player of the game for the other guy too.

I love when your 1st baseman fields a grounder, you throw it but it doesn’t go into the throw and turnip the base runner is safe at first. Actually cost me a game

Pinpoint is bugged. So pitching is not fine. The ball only lands on the edge of the par on perfect input. Unless you're constantly pitching with Maddux, this matters.

I am actually having more trouble with hitting. I don’t claim to be a very good player, but I feel hitting is so inconsistent; especially timing. My pitching has been okay; however, I don’t use pinpoint.

There is something wrong with pitching for sure. Last year I had an amazing ERA and I pitch the same this year only to get slapped around like a beach ball at a dolphin park
