SDS, can we please get 3 and/or 6 inning ranked seasons?

Since they have multiple Mini Seasons running concurrently, maybe they could create an "Open Event" with no restrictions that runs alongside the usual events. That would basically be a 3-inning RS.

Baseball is a 9-inning game (I am German and we play 7 Inning-games. I know how bad that feels

Two years ago, certain events were 6 innings. So this isn’t new. I don’t think people liked that (I didn’t) because events are supposed to be quick games, but if you’re set on having longer ranked seasons games then at least 6 innings is a compromise. (I’m not saying all ranked seasons games should be 6 innings. Just that it would be cool if there was an option for shorter ranked games).

You don’t like 6 innings but 3 innings is fine? Or should we get rid of 3 inning games because it’s not “real baseball”? So you’d prefer only 9 inning conquest/BR/events games?

“Real baseball” had 7 inning games last year in double headers. This is also how many innings a lot of youth baseball games are. 6 innings is a lot closer to “real baseball” than 3 innings.

If all these people are against it I’m for it. Most don’t care what’s good for the game they care about what they want. Only issue is with innings basically being the only thing that matters to casual RS players I don’t think it make a huge difference.

1 - why are you so self indulgent? thinking that your opinion matters at all here? who cares what you think - you can come up with a million reasons why you want to play 6 innings - i think its stupid and i think your whole conversation is stupid - end of story and if it offends you, learn to understand that life isn't an echo chamber of positive affirmation - your bad idea should be called as such - learn from that and grow up a bit eh?
