Because you are using poor fielders. It was the main point of change gameplay wise this year

Depends what Version of Robert you are using but the best Soto card has 66 fielding and live series Robert is 74.

are they bad defenders in real life? no major league outfield takes the wrong step on every single ball hit to them. Louis Robert is a CF is with 48 reaction but 73 fielding. what are these guys smoking. its reaction not fielding rating that is the issue. These people suck and should offer a refund for an unfinished early release. its a joke.

It is diamond dynasty, look at the fielding rating. That defines the quickness of the first step

Reaction is the first step. that makes it worse if youre saying fielding rating is the determination of first step. Gold glovers first step is coming in on a ball over their head, or jump in the wrong direction of the ball taking you out of the play.

arcadey? its still a power swing and hope. good contact and good timing are outs more than hits. JE JL produce more hits than actually being good. I was 1-9 on N timing and good contact. 1 for 9. lol

In the tech test, Mike Trout was even taking the wrong first step to the ball hit in the outfield. It was his 99 card and I don’t think he is a bad fielder.

I think it's overdone . It's like Hellen Keller running around the outfield.

I have never seen so many doubles and triples
