No Pre Order packs!!

I paid for digital deluxe and I went to my packs and have one twitch drop pack and the Jeter pack and that's it. Also didn't get my 30k stubs. I restarted twice also and they haven't shown up.

Go to the show shop section, go to the buy stubs section. Once you get into that page the box should pop up saying everything has been redeemed.

Except it doesn't show any of that. In years past, that has been the case. There is nothing there but the option to buy stubs.

I know what you mean about it showing up in tha past with the “redeem” option but this year as soon as I got into that menu everything automatically redeemed. If that’s not working then unfortunately will probably have to wait for the servers to sort themselves out.

Same here. Just restart your console.

I saw multiple packs of cards and redeemed Jeter first when I hit circle to redeem the rest they were gone, don't even have Jeter now I sold him for franchise sponsorship's. This is on PS4.
Restarting did nothing, I don't play DD so its not a big deal for me.

Finally got mine. I had to go all the way to the step were you confirm your stub purchase before it redeemed. then I backed out.

I got them, had to by a some stubs, after purchase of 1000 stubs every thing just popped up.

Same here. No pre-order packs. This is the same thing that happened last year. Should've learned from that mistake and corrected for this year's release. Fix this asap!

Act like you are gonna buy stubs. Click on 1000 stubs and get to the confirm screen and it should show redeeming. Then just back out. Or spend the .99 cents, your choice.

Most of my stuff is here. Except I don’t have the “One TBA Uniform Choice Pack.”
We’re supposed to have five good choice packs, but I have six. I assume that’s where the “One TBA Choice Pack” went, but the only uniform pack I have is the World Baseball Classic one.
Anyone else having this?
