most of this list is no problem. Especially "good good" should be a hit every time...i don't agree, but I do agree that it should be a higher chance of a hit than current. I also think pitcher confidence has too much weight on the outcome of hits, it should only affect pitch accuracy. I also know of the PAR, but I still think it is too easy to dot pitches regardless

The last two years for SDS was all about xbox and nintendo. They have a virtual monopoly and now they have it on all systems. I predict things will go the way of Madden in the 2010's.

I hope not. But I think that's where things are headed....

JJDaggasReturns I agree with you whole heartedly about zone hits above 100mpg outside the strikezone square and superdotting. I can't stand it. i have actually decided to run a league without the strikezone square showing. but it can't be universally turned off so kind of an honour system. But at least that helps the superdotting problemm there is not one pitcher on the face of the earth that will hit the precise spot in the zone at will every pitch. Mistakes are part of the game.

We really need "pitchers confidence" to not determine results of whats a hit, lineout, ground out, or pop up. Pitchers confidence needs to deplete a hell of a lot more after base hits, ask yourself how many comebacks have u made this year?

In competitive, I'd be all for getting rid of pitcher confidence. It's an rng mechanic that works against "user input is king."

    1. Enough with "super dotting", pitching should not be "perfect", put the setting to "varied" where if the pitch is in the zone or not its not so accurate to be a strike or not.
    2. If it's a perfect perfect or good/good with solid pci placement n timing reward that hit

So to me this reads, " I want user input to be king when hitting but not when pitching". Seems to be contradictory.

I don't play a lot of online, but even in conquest mode you can have 8 straight batters reach and the confidence level barely goes down but get so much as one foul ball and it's higher than when the inning started. Way out of control.

Usually, they send out a beta version around end of February or early March.

Why does anyone think 23 is going to be better than 22? SDS hasn't mentioned one word about any improvements they're making and I seriously doubt they're doing anything worth waiting for.

I have the feeling that 23 is going to be the biggest copy and paste job of the entire Show series.

At this point the real issue is the old hardware. Unless they commit to making 2 separate versions or make it next gen only the. They will only be able to improve so much. The first or second year they go full next gen will be when you should expect big improvements and if it’s still the same game at that point then it will be really hard to defend at all.
