BR rewind pack disappeared

Hey guys I opened BR rewind pack after grinding. Lost connection and can’t find the pack anymore. Anybody have any ideas. Created a ticket but last time I reached out I never heard back. The grind was way to long for this to happen

Check the app. If you’re in mid pack opening, it’ll let you resume.

So it did at first. And then it suddenly started loading and was gone. Went through history of recent pack openings. It’s nowhere to be found. I had it opened and was just taking my time on deciding who I wanted between Larry walker and Johnny cuetto. Page refreshed and then it said “sorry, we couldn’t find anything” on the app. Out of every pack I’ve ever gotten this is not the one I want this to happen to lol.
