Pre order confirmed? Are you saying i buy the game no matter what? That's funny because i actually do my homework before i purchase. But then again if you knew me you would already know that. But b/c you don't you are just talking to hear your head rattle.
I have had no reason for a ticket to be submitted in the last 3 years. B/c unlike most people when they make an announcement about an issue i have patience and let them do thier job not flood support with tickets of already known issues.
All the issues you list sound like multiplayer issues. I have no issues with freeze offs, no issues with server and no issues with hitting at all this whole year. So sorry to burst your bubble but if you know something is broke and you still play it then that's on you. But if you don't play then they will see it's not being played through thier anylytics report and perhaps see the data that is affected and address it.
So in all actuality people like you who continue to play something that is broke is the reason it doesn't get the attention it needs. That is if it's broke, for all i know you might just suck at the game but either way don't assume you know anything about me and try to make me sound like some SDS stooge that buys anything they put out. I have a mind of my own and i think for myself based off of the facts i find on my own.
And in my opinion this is the best rendition of the game i have seen in past 7 years. Is it perfect? no, but i can tell it's getting alot better in many ways.

It really depends on the game, I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of this game. Now the new Battlefield on the other hand, probably won't ever try that garbage again, and I absolutely loved that series.
