Albert Hits Number 703 (10/3/22) - Moves into sole possession of 2nd place all-time in RBIs

I say he hits, one this week and 2 in his final game to go out in epic fashion for 700.

He'd already be at 298 if it wasn't for Mike Tauchman of the Giants. He robbed a walk-off homer from Pujols.

Next week they’ll play the Dodgers. I hope we give him a few pitches to hit his 3 homeruns if he isn’t there yet.

I saw a video somewhere, I can' t remember where, that showed a collection of potential home runs by Pujols that were robbed over the years. It was enough that he would be over 700 easily.
And I have to believe that there are more because I don't think there is an easy way to go through a 20 year career and find them all.

Yep, it was a good game. Hudson actually pitched really well for a change. The Yadi homer was pretty epic. The Reds didn't give Albert anything to swing at his first two at bats, both walks.

I mean humility isnt bad, but he could be a little excited about it. -

Absolutely! And Albert is 100% real also. He doesn't just turn it on in front of the cameras.

It has been an amazing 2nd half for him. I hope we get a juiced milestone card for him. I hope my game decides to play audio again so that I don't have to earn the card in complete silence. I want to hear the crack of the bat as I crank HRs with the new card!
