Juicy pack rare round guesses

The pack names have really only matched with the cards on 1 card, which is Matt Chapman. I wouldn't really take the pack names too seriously. The toolbox pack had a pitcher and Catcher in it

Definitely no hate. Just indifference. I'll buy him because I buy everyone, but he wont make it out of the binder except for theme teams. Of all the forum members, you could probably count the number of people who are excited on one hand. I'm happy for those 4-5 people, but that's about it.
Remember that time he was supposed to be a boss (either 20 or 21) and he was replaced with Wander Franco? I don't think anyone shed a tear that day.

And even as good as Vida might be, he only makes the rotation of:
"My ADD + Your Ridiculously Slow Windup = Always Intentionally Walking The First Batter" TeamWhich reminds me. I don't care if he's hurt the whole season. I WANT A NEW TYLER GLASNOW TO USE. PLEASE!

That’s only because that Wander was ridiculous, but I agree certain players excite certain people. I personally enjoy using his cards so I am not upset, actually see it as an opportunity to grab what will probably be his best card relatively cheap.

I like a lot of weird cards and think a lot of cards are cool even if I don’t use them. This honestly might be the least I have ever been interested in a pack (even Toolbox), but I agree a lot of these are needed.

I wouldn't put my stock into Bagwell having a funky swing. For years everyone hated on swings of players like Cal, Mays, Piazza and i've heard tons of people rant about how much better their swings are this year. Could be the same deal.

I never quite understand what excites people about certain players and bores people about others. I guess if the cards aren't cracked online? What about all the offline players? I'm not saying this is a super exciting group of cards but I remember several people complaining that 99 Bags came out too late last year, Vida was in everyone's rotation early on, Yount is a fun card and @SchnauzerFace_MLBTS likes him. Of the base round, Carew and Heyward have fun swings.
I think the key to loving this game is to not be great at it and just play offline. I truly believe that. Most of the people that dog the gameplay (and I'm not saying you're wrong) are good online players who I imagine do get rather frustrated with the poor gameplay. But for those of us who live for the content, it's still loads of fun. I guess what I'm saying is....I'm really glad I didn't play video games from about 2004- 2020. I will NEVER be great. But I'll hopefully always dig the content.
Unless they don't bring back team affinity.....then this game is dead to me.

Yeah good point, I forgot Greinke, and if Finley gets a good card I’ll probably replace JD Martinez or Lofton with him. Finley was my favorite when I first started watching the Astros. I also forgot Luis Gonzalez

Yes. I need a retro Steve Finley. His card last year was insane for me. Even late in the game it didn’t matter what his stats were. His swing is incredible.

Best swing in the game. The only reason I took him out was because of the no-hitter cards and Degrom. He's the only card I got to P5 from only online play
