Wow this takes it to a (extreme) i've heard of breaking controllers but to break your own fingers. Yikes. Hate to say this but it may be time to find a new game you know for your own health.

Exactly. If you're raging because of a video game, then you've got bigger issues and should just stop playing. Take responsibility for your actions instead of blaming things/others.
