No notifications

I have notifications turned on but I am not recieving any for buy and sell orders + other notifications. What should I do?

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do. I've had the issue since the game came out and they couldn't fix the issue. They tried and then eventually gave up and ignored my messages. Don't waste your time with them
