What happened last year?
Last year only a few teams were using one, like the rockies and dbacks a few others i dont know which. This year mlb dictated all teams use one and i think they set mins and maxes on the mc of the balls.
(MC is moisture content, it adds slight weight to the balls and reduces hit distances a little) -

Bregman's rankings before todays game
9th in WAR (tied with Sean Murphy)
8th in WRC+
8th in AVG
27th in HR (tied with a bunch of others)
21st in RBIs (tied with a bunch of others)He probably improved his ranking in a few categories but He would still really need to keep his foot to the floor to have a shot at it. A lot can happen in two weeks.

I would love a juiced out Bregman in any Jersey. Not a big fan of the player, but his 2019 Finest was the best third baseman I’ve ever used. Yes, better than Chipper. That card was a beast! As well as the Bellinger from that Finest year. They brought them both back in 20 or 21(Don’t know why I can’t remember); I got Bregman right away though.
