OK, so I went ahead and uninstalled, reinstalled... No luck. Still locked out. Was worth a shot. Can only hope I hear back from them. All good either way.
Ok. Weird suggestion. But instead of going into the program and trying to enter Stage 2 can you try going into the Moments Tab on the Main Menu and seeing if they're unlocked?
If you don't know what I mean; when you load the game don't click on The Diamond Dynast tab and use the controller pad to go down. You should see tabs that say Challenge Of The Week, Moments, Etc. Enter Moments and go down to Other Programs - July POTM and see if they unlock that way.
Yeah, man. Not a bad thought by you. This was actually the first thing I tried. All of the moments show completed on the moments tab via the main menu and Stage 2 remains bolted, locked, shut.
I even replayed the Aaron Judge & Yordan moment just to see if like, I could force the program forward. Hoping for a lil love in my inbox from SDS today...

You know how you get program XP in stage 2 for getting 2000xp with TOPPS NOW players? I wonder what would happen if I gained that, and my program total would jump up to 86 points. But I would still be out of luck I think, because the game believes I haven't completed Stage 1, and they're gonna lock my out regardless. I .... Think.

For what it's worth, I've completed every single program MLB has offered this year. I mean every. Single. Program.
Yup, I have 75 points. I have the check mark on stage 1. First time I've ever ran into anything like this... I figured it was a bug because RIGHT as I completed Stage 1, I got a server disconnect error. I figure that confused the game/glitched out/not sure how to word that.

I'm confused now. What happens when you try to go to Stage 2, because there's no lock on it anymore?

Play a quick Conquest game with TN players and see if it counts. You could even start a Common pitcher and quit after you get your minimum 8 ABs in.

Take your July TN cards to a created field, like TwinXP, and knock the snot out of some balls.That will let you know if the PXP gives you more points fast. You'll get a lot of PXP for the players and maybe that will break the lock. It's worth a try. You won't even have to play a whole game if you get enough runs quickly. Just make sure you bat through the pitcher's position before quitting.

Doubt that would work as you can't progress any stage two mission until the game unlocks that stage.

Yeah, you have a problem. I hope they answer your ticket quickly so you can move on. I'm sure the server disconnect caused the problem. You may try quitting the game, rebooting, and restarting to see if it picks it up - or maybe even uninstalling the game and reinstalling it. That will get the info from the server.

So, Still waiting on an initial (non-automated) response from SDS in the support ticket I created.
I've completed some of the MISSIONS in Stage 2 (like, the only ones I am capable of playing until this gets fixed)
I collected the 2,000 PXP with Topps Now cards for 10 Reward Points
I collected the 500 PXP with Cole Irvin for 3 program Reward Points
That put me at 88 rewards points.
Once I finish 2,000 PXP with Monthly Rewards Pitchers I'll have 103 Reward points & will be able to claim my 2nd Monthly Awards 95 OVR card.Long story short, Stage 2's "July Monthly Awards Moments" are still glitched telling me "Complete Stage 1 of Monthly Awards to unlock this moment."
\Ain't no way I'm going to go spend stubs on the July Monthly Awards guys. Hopefully they'll patch this for me/whoever else asap.

I'm having the same issue. Completed every July moment but only have 62 of 64 possible stars. After completing the Judge moment on Wednesday was also given a server disconnect. Shows I completed the moment, but was never given the 2 stars. Unable to advance until SDS responds to my Ticket I sent on Wednesday.

I’m having the same issue I’ve completely finished stage one and it let me do the very first moment for stage two but then after that it’s all locked telling me to complete stage one. I thought I was the unlucky one to hav this issue didn’t know others were to.

But I understand how many dogg'on support tickets they are sorting thru, & getting all bothered about it isn't going to speed it up. So, shout out to the reasonable-ness we've seen in this thread so far! haha.
I don't know the SDS work flow, but it ISSS the weekend. So, maybe M-F we'll have a better shot to hear something...Having this issue acknowledged soon would be dope tho, cuz I'd certainly like a shot at Riley soon.

No, I'm not going to buy those players for 50k a piece and more when I can earn them. I can't earn them until my stage 2 moments are unlocked.

I am still stuck on stage 1 at 73 points. I had a server glitch after the Marte moment. I finished all of the other moments which got me to 62 points, two points shy of getting the Mancini Topps Now card. I went ahead and bought Mancini, locked all of the Topps Now cards in, and was hoping that would maybe trigger something in the program. I even went back and redid the moments in Week 5, but I am still stuck two points short. I am hoping we hear something back from our support tickets soon.
