You go to the dashboard on website. On the left there is a user look up. Put in OP's name. It is pretty obvious who he is referring to.

Wow. I cannot believe that was allowed to pass. I know they got creative to get around sensors, but that definitely needs to be dealt with.

What's odd is these myopians are completely outnumbered on message boards across the internet, unless they are ones that exclude differing opinions, but still think their Orange Lord won. And they cannot fathom that their humor, that gets huge laughs from their backwoods cousins, falls on deaf ears when dealing with normal humans.

To answer your question the Support option at the top of the screen has an option under Report an Issue for reporting a player.
I tested it to make sure it was working
