Trevor Bauer = 25K Stubs?

So I sold off all my investments from the Flash Sale and so decided to buy the last few cards I didn't have. Apparently one of those cards is a 25K stub Free Agent Live Series Trevor Bauer.

Did SDS just stop issuing this card?

Wouldn't be a gatekeeper for anything since he's a free agent. They stopped making his card so it's a limited supply, I pulled a few of him early on, sold them recently for the max.
