The top from What it should be.Correct. The retro finests are juiced beyond belief. Bill Maz got 93 contact for a season where he hit .275 total(they don't have splits on fangraphs from back then). Cutch will be maxed vs. L with somewhere in the 108-110 contact and 105 power vs R I'm guessing with 90s across the board for fielding and speed attributes

As others have stated, the card will be boosted in a huge way as a Retro Finest and I see it as a nice change from the typical names you see in lineups.

It's going to have considerably better fielding and a negligible speed difference so easily yes

Disappointed but I’ll withhold judgement until I see the attributes. OF is stacked with HRD Soto/JRod and others but maybe they make this something special with power/contact/speed. Yet to see a Cutch card that compelled me to play with it so here’s hoping this is the first.
I'll eventually get him as he was my favorite Pirate back when he was on the team. But I won't rush to get him. Heck, I'm still 8-10 vouchers away from Brett.

I'm not replacing players just to replace them. Even if I eventually get Brett, he won't take over at third until I P5 Devers.
Clutch won't take an outfield spot until whomever I have out there is P5'd.

Mazeroski, Wagner, Peguero, &Stargell across the IF Henry Davis at C
Kiner, Suwinski, Chavis, Bay, & Parker on the Bench
Bullpen has Melancon and Bednar
Cole is the only diamond SP I can think of. -
Pirates have sucked since Andy Van Slyke left the squad. Biggest “L” in video game sports history.
Pirates make up like .00007% of the fans who play this game.
I’m playing Stray for for 5 hours then picking a new game.
What a nightmare scenario.
Still time to convince SDS this is a trash move.

Someone explain to me how Brett or cutch is a let down? The cards are going to be incredible or in Brett’s case one of the best all year. Unsure beyond some weird personal vendetta against mccutchen why or how it can be a let down? Give us new cards = let down. Give us old cards = recycle players, give us op cards like Griffey = it’s too early or too late it ruined the game like degrom or Cabrera last year. I’m pumped for cutch,

2012 he finished 3rd in the MVP voting. He finished first the next year. My bet is that picked 2012 because it will have a greater impact on his speed/steal ratings.

His MVP year was actually the 2nd worst of his 4 year peak. Both 2012 and 2014 were better seasons at the plate numbers wise

For me it was a knee j3rk reaction expecting a legend and getting an All Star. That said, I'm in complete agreement with you after reading what a lot of people have said and assuming his attributes are what you think they will be, this will be a very solid card indeed. Maybe some people are dying on this hill but I for one thought about it and am stoked to add him to my roster.
