Dev comment, please: Conquest map update

Since there's a lot of uncertainly about this, can a dev please explain the situation and if you need to redo the strongholds or not to get all the new packs? I've redone the whole map except for the strongholds.

Hidden rewards are not at strongholds, only open spaces. Some standard packs, a BiaG, and a normal flatliner pack…not my word, saw it by another user and it amused me and was accurate, so I’m using it henceforth!
