Deion Sanders??? Even by the stretch of the imagination he deserves to be no where near a big collection in this game. Since they like making hypothetical cards they could Jack Bo up based on his 4 best years but that would be a stretch.

Spoiler: I submitted my own alternate future stars stats and card art to SDS and they said it was a great idea.
I was working on the premise that while I have not actively played organized baseball in 30 years IN THIS UNIVERSE….there IS an alternate universe where I will be amazing!!

They don’t have players’ rights just because they’re in the HOF.

The older pre hall no or players that have yet to make the hall. For them they have to make agreements with the family which is why minoso has been in the game prior to this year.

No. The HOF means nothing with rights. There is no proof or reason to assume they have Jeter’s rights.

Operation sports did an interview with a sds a couple years ago and they stated due to their agreement with the hall which is in the credits of the game they can use most players otherwise they must make agreements with the individual players like JR Richards this year.

I know they aren't the "big collections" but I feel like this year Joe Mauer Cover is like Jackie from the 42 series. Jackie's card this year is like Ohtani from last year. I'm a collection junkie. They see me coming from a mile away. I liked the addition of Babe for the Takashi and think it would be cool if we eventually got a 99 Takashi collection reward...Ohtani would be the obvious choice, since he's the cover boy.
