Shark fest begins July 10th

Of course we all know what that means, Shark conquest map may be coming. I don't know about the rest of you but i love the idea of a loaded shark conquest map.

Hopefully some Takashi packs or multiple intense packs, it'll be a whale of a time!

I’m with ya…Conquest provides a nice break from RS. It’s chill & a good place to parallel some cards.

Well theres nothing from SDS hench the MAY be coming coment. But Shark fest is set for July 10th and if were going on past years then theres a good chance. But yes it's not confirmed yet.

I pulled my first trout with the shark map. With the ongoing trend of duplicates, maybe I will pull two.

Not really. The first ever shark map by far had the worst rewards compared to the other 2. 21 and 20 were fairly equal in what you got from them.

I feel like the whole shark stuff use to be in August, or closer to August. July 10 is close to the All Star game and all that content. I wonder how that will effect things.

I was wondering that as well to be honest, it's very possible SDS delays it's Shark map until the end of the month seeing that it goes for 3 weeks this year.

Shark week is July 24th that’s closer to the time we’d get a conquest map

Yep, what I was going to say. I like a new conquest map in general any way, do obviously excited for the all the packs, even if they are mostly headliners, but other than that first year, the shark map seems to have a bigger rep than actual pay out.

Again, the first shark map is the worst of them by a long shot. The reason you remember it as being so special is because it was the first conquest map to have more than a couple standard packs. The east/Central/west conquest maps have just as good of rewards as Shark map 1 did. 20's and 21's you not only got better packs but player cards too

Didn't play 19, but the hype of that map was big for 20 and it wasn't anything special.
So what we have here is a case of us both being right. 19 SM was less than the other SMs. But it was the one that was so much better than previous conquest maps that is has gained a big rep. I fully expect 22 to be just like all the other conquest maps and not a big improvement like the 19 map was over previous conquest maps.

Yeah I can agree with you in that regard. I just think 19s shark map is hyped up to be the greatest piece on content in DD history and it just wasn't that good. Doesn't hold a candle to signature teams/all timers or extreme, and both of those were done away with.
