I don’t really like either of the first two cards announced. Ozzie is like the Juan Pierre of the infield. Which is ok if u just want fast gap hitters. Not a big fan of pudge either in game. His swing last year was not it for me last year. The bad thing is I’m a fan of both guys careers.

Yeah I stick Ozzie in at #8 in the lineup, as a Cards fan I can't NOT have him as my SS, even with Winn being a better SS so far

I took Rickey knowing that he could be used the entire year as a pinch runner. Also one of my favorite players.
Rickey would have been my pick if they didn't have Mantle. I got 4 of them now (missing Utley). Had Morgan...sold him for like 80k since I'm still trying to raise funds for LS Collections. I'll re-grind current BR program for him again. Goal is to collect them all like pokemon.
Just love the art style and kind of want to have a full squad of Takashi players.

All four are under whelming.....ozzie be good if they hadn't tweaked stealing, pudge is okay, Gagne lost among diamond relievers and feller is feller....maybe one huge name left I hope

I honestly don't care about card art, makes no difference to me on owning or playing any cards... but... this series is so lame and awful, this guy is like the laziest comic in the world. Dude just draws a cape and popped collar on everyone lol. So lame.

Mark McGwire - they could put a really cool artwork bottle of Andro right next to him as he swings the bat; put on some huge muscles and back acne.....that card art would be fire!!!! Or maybe a Reggie Stocker with this gigantic head and bloated muscles right next to art of "Bonds" when he was like 185 lbs

I really hope the 96 Feller isn't the highest card overall he gets. We are in late June going into the 5th program and the only 99 that has been added into the game Brett. We should be getting some 99 soon. Why not just have the takashi have some 99's
I also feel like they need to have an Ohtani, Matsui or Ichiro card in the series he is a Japanese artist after all.

Yeah it's a virtual lock Ohtani's 99 will be a Takashi.

Mock them all you want, steroid era was the most entertaining baseball of our lifetimes... gametimes have gotten longer and not returned under 3 hours since.
10 runs per game in 2 hours 50 min... now we got 8 runs per game in 3 hours 10 minutes... 20 more minutes and 2 less runs on average. Yuck... league average batting average has tumbled from 270 to 242... stolen bases used to be 50% more than what they are now too, so less scoring, less hitting, less running, longer games... ugh.
