Players you just can’t hit with?
-
Any Soto card and no one else is even close for me.
-
Of the higher OVR collection cards, mine is definitely Michael Young. I can never seem to square anything up, even when I'm going good with the rest of the lineup. I want him to be good so I keep trying but may just give up on him finally.

Yeah, I forgot to mention him, I suck with him too.

Any Aaron Judge card, I don't know if it's that he's too tall or I can't get his swing down just right but I always seems to get jammed with him so it's a pop up or flyball.
-
FoTF Trout!!
Also Gary Sanchez was hitting a cool .165 for me. -

Judge is a close 2nd to mine as well. I got him on the bench as a PH but now that I got Frank Thomas his my PH instead of Judge.
I read a message awhile ago about a guy can’t hit with any tall player but couldn’t understand why but after using Judge I can see why lol his area strike is big and it I think that makes a difference.

Jazz has been hard to get a hit with. Also the MA Pete Alanso has zero homers and maybe 2 rbi's while batting 3rd behind FOTF Buxton and Stott who are usually on base. I think I have 2 doubles and a few singles in 20 games.
Also any Willie Mays card I have been terrible with. Great Defense but basically a out before he steps to the plate.

The 96 Gary Carter hits like a common for me

Every year I always suck with Judge too. That is until last week when I put him in the lineup to get PXP for the AL East. I don't know if its because he's a 95 now or what but I was finally killing the ball with him.

He's been one of my better hitters even hitting a few homeruns (2 in one game recently) I think it's the short swing that I like.

Yeah, his is a swing I really thought I'd like, I even hit ok with his 84. I'm assuming at this point it's just mental. Him not me of course, thinking of getting M.Y. some much needed therapy.

Aaron Judge. All of his cards including last year. They could release 125 in every category with him and still barely bat .200

He’s a good hitter for me only on all star, against only lefties, and bronze pitchers. Other than that….
-
Just about all of them. lol
-
Jazz Chisholm and adley ruschman.

I was good with Soto in '20 & '21. Not so this year.

Devers. The stance is hard to deal with. Long swing.

Harper
Ohtani
Trea turner
Tatis
Correa -
Easily Frank Thomas. Not just this year, but last year also.....that swing...just cannot hit with him/
