Is he worth buying? I want Babe on squad. I have come to the conclusion that I will never be able to get to 300 innings nor want to so coughing up the stubs is the only way to get Babe. ONLY if Maddux can get outs.
Does he get vaporized online?

Only faced him on All Star, wasn’t exactly dominant. Haven’t on HOF but I’d imagine it’s more of a challenge, every pitch moves, a lot.

He's terrible unless you are playing at elite H2H levels. I tried him a few times in H2H and it was like he was putting the ball on a tee for my opponents.
I even got lit up with him sometimes in offline play.

If you can wait 2 months, you could get Maddux in a Rewind pack for about 100 innings.
Of course, I’d be shocked if we didn’t have other cards via events or programs by then.

I tried him on HOF for a couple starts. If your opponent can lay off the change up, he’s not good.

I'm 50 innings from him so I'll scoop him up and get The Babe as well. I'll run him out there get more innings for the next reward rinse and repeat

I have him. You have to know how to pitch with him, like Dallas kuechel. If your pitching includes spamming fastballs/sinkers at 102 and sliders, then you will struggle to adjust. But thru 4 ranked games he is 3-1 with a sub 3 ERA for me. Each pitch you can place where you want it. I like him a lot. And I’m a braves fan.
