Lol, probably the 3 that are hitting .206 and under.
Last year and this year have been so much better than before. I remember paying about 300,000 stubs to get the lightning Carpenter the year he was a POTM.
I understand his live series card not having it, since he’s not as good as he used to be, but the 2012 card should (and Wieters Award card too). Here’s an article from 2012 on pop times: https://www.espn.com/mlb/insider/story/_/id/7839916/yadier-molina-matt-wieters-baseball-pop-time-leaders-mlb
I turned off crossplay because way too often, when I put a ball in play, it didn’t show the correct outcome. It would look like the ball got past a fielder, but then I’d be out.
Ted Simmons 1B: Mark McGwire 2B: Dan Uggla 3B: Scott Rolen SS: ARod LF: Barry Bonds CF: Carlos Beltran RF: Roger Maris
Starting Pitchers: Chris Carpenter, Steve Carlton, Randy Johnson, Dizzy Dean, Roger Clemens
@stinkysman77_mlbts said in Does Darren O'Day actually tip pitches?:
How the HELL can you see his grip?
When he comes set, you can see 2 fingers on the ball, which will mean a fastball, sinker or change. If you don’t see fingers, it’ll be slider. It’s not during his motion, it’s pretty easy to pick up.
I use Retro, pci turned off and my highest rank this year was 970 I think.

I really want Rolen and Beltran. Beltre to
Rolen has been my #1 most wanted for years. Hopefully it happens this year as it might be the last time for a while that putting together the MV3 will be possible since it’ll most likely be the last year they have Pujols rights as a live series player.

The worst thing is that the fix is so easy. If a sinker is aimed high, just have the game turn it into a 2 seam fastball when the pitch is thrown.

Directional without moving the stick is the exact same as timing. It’s been that way since directional was introduced and the separate timing option was removed. For some reason, most likely the addition of a bunch of new Switch players, they made it a separate option this year.
It has nothing to do with the patch. Veteran is the worst hitting difficulty in the game.

In the case there is a tool for adjusting the tension on the sticks, pop off the stick and use the tool like a screwdriver to adjust. I always have had mine set to tightest, but I believe there are 3 settings you can choose from.
Last year it started out at 40 wins and they brought it down to 30. I’m currently at 39 wins but only 276 innings. I’m most likely going to get to 40 wins before even getting to 300 innings.
I think the best way to do it is have a points system like the BR program. Have the WS pack at 400 points, give a point an inning and either 2 or 3 points per win.

And the game itself doesn’t run above 60fps. When set to 120, the system duplicates each frame so it makes your tv think it’s getting a 120 source. The only advantage is slightly lower input lag.
@tonyluke48_psn said in Why give free bases when winning 5-0?:
If a major league player tried to steal with a 5 run lead, he would take one in his ear hole his next at bat. I know this doesn't answer your question, but maybe that was the thinking. I can't steal anyway, so I've never tried it with a big lead.
He’s talking about how the 1B doesn’t hold the runner on while winning by a lot. Which happens in real games all the time, and players take the extra base also, but it’s not considered a stolen base, it’s defensive indifference.
