Probably because Trout is 0-23 for the last week and 9-47 for the last two weeks

As soon as Trout drops down to a gold, I know that's when I'll pull him...

Nothing will happen. Trout is still really rare hence his price. Plus he has a great swing and perks.
Judge started low diamond so was more accessible previously but a lot of people don't like his huge strike zone and I think his swing is kinda slow. Kind of a bummer as a yankee fan, I'd love to use him more outside of events.
Unless Trout drops sub 90 (probably never), his price will remain 300k+ until end of the year.

I think it also had to do with IE.

I think they are referring to the roster update on Friday. Trouts been struggling lately so he may get bumped down to a 94, at most a 93. While Judge continues to maintain high level play and may just sit at 94, possibly boost to 95. I doubt it does much to the prices.

I highly doubt Trout ever drops under a 90, or even to Gold, but it's going to be interesting to see what SDS actually does if Trout doesn't start getting some hits. 0-23 for a week and 9-47 for two weeks for any other player could mean a drastic drop.
Heck, if I remember correctly didn't they drop Yelich down from a Diamond to eventually a Bronze last year?

I think both Yelich and Bellinger hit bronze last year. Belli started as a 90 and remained there for quite a bit.
