I keep pulling the PCI down and popping everything up. Any ideas? I am thinking I may just anchor it down and leave it since most people pitch down.

I hit 3 HR in one inning against P5 LS Randy last night by sitting on a pitch type and location and trying to execute that. If you can pick up on someone's tendencies, hunt for that and concede all else. (They were offspeed pitches down and in to righties. If I got gassed, oh well, it's Randy.)

Also, some people work the middle intentionally because they know that people slam their PCI's up/down. Watch out for that.

I am old too and what I do to TRY and keep from dropping my PCI is pin it to the top middle position (twelve o'clock). That starts me high. If I find that I am overcompensating (overthinking my hitting) I will pin it to the lowest middle (six o'clock) and that way I can't go any lower when I start and it forces me to push my PCI up.

I've been trying to anchor low and keep my thumb under, pushing up from the bottom, but I can't get up top fast enough

    Old guy problems 🙂

One of my problems is when my fingers shake and I can't hold the stick still...

I bought these bumper rings that fit under the sticks that did the trick.

Well my Dad is old and can't reply unfortunately.

But he told me to suggest that you utilize the PCI lock feature and hang out in challenge of the week or custom practice. It helps with those 45 and older with moving the stick too much.

Hopefully his ban is removed soon, so he can reply himself.

If you have the anchor on and decide to move the PCI does the movement override the anchor?

No, if you let go of the stick it returns to where you anchored it. The anchor is just home base when there's zero input.

    We're both right actually.

When he lets go, it will return to where he locked it. He can still cover the whole zone. It's just setting a restart point.
