Oh, and in case you missed the concept of MLB the Show card attributes, they try to mimick a body of work over a certain time period. Fake Series get their little league attributes. I'm just looking for a wider team representation here, along with my personal preferences of players I enjoyed watching play the game.

I know, SDS needs to cater to YOUR preferences. I forgot that they tailor the game to YOUR specific wants and needs.

The other solution is stop playing the game. I suppose you won’t utilize that one either.

RTTS. Absolutely. I don't play it.
Fake Series cards. Absolutely. I don't use them except for required missions. Been that way since they first were introduced.
Stop playing. Pretty much have already.
Complaining about the game? Na. Everyone does enough of that already. I'm just calling out facts about the lack of logic for card releases this year.
I support the game and staff more than 90% of the people here on TSN. The way they are releasing cards this year is horrible (in MY OPINION). Back in my original post, I advised that I had no expectations of resolution here.
Heaven forbid someone vent.

I get it. It's a general comment I'm making about content release and using Bagwell as my personal example of a failure here for more diversity of teams getting cards.

We have a private league of guys that use DD cards for friendly games. Bagwell gets over 600 ab a year regardless of the crappy swing. He was juiced about 3 years ago IIRC, but that swing rivals Schmidt in terms of resembling Bantha Poodu.
Bags is still my boy.

Hahaha... I actually did like Bags a lot and Schmidt as well growing up. But yeah omg this game both have horrible swings.

Hahaha... I actually did like Bags a lot and Schmidt as well growing up. But yeah omg this game both have horrible swings.
Every year since 1996, I took Bagwell in the first round of my in person office fantasy league I ran. Even on the decline, you could book him round one.

That would of been Vlad Sr. and Frank Thomas for me growing up. And I'm a Tigers fan, so imagine the mixed emotions with Frank!

I wish it wasn’t, but Bagwell’s swing is perennially terrible and Astros fans are the only ones looking forward to him.
At least Biggio has a great swing. I loved that card from the collection in ‘20.

I agree man. Another reason why I hate future stars is it prolongs or replaces content of legitimate MLB players.
I’m a Rockies fan, so our history is limited obviously, but there’s so many FBs they could create.
Instead of a 95 Future Stars, I’d take an All-Star Blackmon, a Breakout Kyle Freeland for when he almost won the Cy Young, that milestone Dexter Fowler, All-Star Marquez, the list goes on.. and these are all CURRENT players. No rights needed. It just feels lazy to me.

Yeah a good Bagwell card is needed early in the game. When they released his 99 card from last years game his card was completely obsolete.

KC 7Yes it's early, but that's way top heavy. Don't sleep on card quality either. Most of those 7-11 teams are low quality outside of 2-3 cards for each of them.
