Xbox Bots?

Let me first start off by saying I struggle playing people on Xbox. Idk why, I just do. Not sure if it’s the connection or what but they always hit me extremely well. I consider myself a decent player but I just struggle with them.
I usually look up someone’s record if they beat me or it was a close game just to see if they are actually good or just got lucky. Im finding that sometimes when it’s an Xbox player (never happens for a PS player) their name won’t fully show on here (it’s random letters or something missing from their name) and when I click on it, the user is not found, or some wonky profile comes up that’s not matched with the person I played. What’s up with this? Am I playing bots or something?

Another loss to an Xbox player (3rd straight) and all 3 of his runs come off of 3 solo home runs all with “early” timing, meanwhile my timing and pci location good and I just soft line out to outfielders. This game couldn't be more scripted haha.
