March to October is one of my favorite game modes in this game. I love the idea so much. But it has been a huge let down this year in terms of being a GM. I’ve played three full March to October seasons and am halfway through my fourth. Not once have I gotten offered a trade for a player I’ve targeted. Not have I even received a played on my desires position list. Something has to change here because it takes so much fun out of the mode if the trade management tab is meaningless. SDS please consider fixing this

Also your call ups are mostly useless players

True, and you don’t even get a say in your playoff roster

Yeah, playing with my Reds I was without Castillo the entire year, just because he started the season on IL. Made no sense that my team rushed up an 18 year old prospect instead of bringing Castillo up.
They really need to give us more control over things. I also started a new season and it goes right into the middle of opening day, so my line up is out of whack. I wish it had awards too.

In regards to you not being offered any players you target within a trade. It could be that the team whom has those players does not see any players from your team to make such a trade for. Especially if the 1 or 2 players they would have been willing to deal for was not available because you put those players within your "Untouchables". I myself get frustrated when I am not being offered the guys I target. But that is Baseball. How many real MLB teams would love to trade for Juan Soto ??? Many will !!! However how many teams have the trading chips to make The Nat's willing to trade Soto away ????
What I do wish MTO would do is give me more control of who I want to bring up from AAA/AA & as well Fast Track, rather then randomly given me a choice of only 1 to 3 players which most times will be who I have no need or interest in bringing up or fast tracking.
Also would like exclusive time to try to sign players on my Team that their contract has ended. Just like it is done for real in the MLB. I hate that all my players are immediately thrown into the FA pool without giving me at least 1 to 3 weeks to resign them before it goes into the FA pool market.

Started one with my Brewers; Luis Urias is not on the roster. Ridiculous that they can't use updated rosters.

It should offer us the opportunity to make a trade offer.
Fix momentum for the playoffs. When your team is up 2-0 in the first round, with the supposed momentum. They should be able to shut the door. Not go home tied, now with no momentum, down 8-7, about to lose the series. At least that last game should be tied. And definitely give us option of who we pick for playoff roster. I played with the Yankees. I had speed in Tim Locastro during the season, they got rid of him and called up Jaason Dominguez, a 3rd C, and Peralta from Triple A. I would rather have had Locastro who had better stealing aggression than Dominguez. And no need for a 3rd C. Some moves don’t make sense.

YES! The trade logic is awful. I've had whole seasons where I declined all but one trade. That's usually the one I was targeting. Ask for a first baseman and get offered Joey Votto for two top prospects? Or worse, get offered Curt Casali for two top prospects. What would it take for the Mets to trade Pete Alonso? That would be a better way to go.
I'm with you on the playoff roster too. 3 catchers has happened to me several times, and, usually, all three have no secondary positions. Let me have that 95 speed SS instead of that 20 speed 3rd.

Why not just play franchise?

I'd think because MTO gives you big XP towards programs?

I had this happen to me as well with the Orioles, and it nearly cost me. Rather than taking the utility infielder who was the only guy on my team who could reliably steal a base (Jorge Mateo), they left him off and took a third catcher that I never needed/used. I was pissed.
