You could but most people prefer to be sitting down in front of their monitor/tv to do it.

I didn't know if that would cause any issues later on in the run.
And I don't mean by swapping out a player here and there.
I meant if I have four different squads can I start with one and then switch to another in the middle of the run.
I should've been more specific.

You can be as specific as you want but it still wouldn't make any sense. How would it cause any issues in the season? And why would it be ok to change one player here and there but not 2 or more at one time?
If you're asking if you can change the entire team after you do the challenges, yes. You can change them one at a time, you can change the entire team at once, you can change them for a game and then change them back....or you can just play with the same team for the entire season.

To be safe, change your roster...don't change the squad.
