2022 Events...

Dearest MLB The Show,
Will your strategy be having 3 to 6 day Events all season? It was nice in years past when Events lasted about 10 days. Your aggressive time windows I have observed in the 2022 product so far flat out suck. This upcoming program you pitch "only 2 weeks!"
People have lives or want to even play other games. Please, stop rushing this stuff. You're losing me as a player as every day goes by...It's gotten to where I don't care to even bother trying to keep up anymore.
If you want to lose your age 30+ players...keep it up!

The short events are better. You get rewind packs every event anyway. The face of the franchise cards have been put in packs. The spring cleanup bosses I assume will follow. Are you worried about not getting the cards or not "completing" everything?

I can see the draw back and benefits of shorter events. Like Dragon says, rewind packs are readily available so even if you miss an event you can still get the rewards. One thing I would like to see, would be a reward path for cumulative event stats. So my couple wins this event and my 5 wins from last event add up to some type of reward. I really like the BR reward path, but I kind of suck and play on an old TV so the 1500 stub entry every time would be a coin sink for me. Best part of events is the free entry.

Retiring from the hardcore grinding could end up being the best thing that can happen.

Why play them, you can buy the rewards for cheap because they a giving away reward packs like candy

I agree with the OP ..... The Events are expiring way too fast. This is why I have not even attempted to play any this year. Whats the point if I dont have enough time to put into Events & as well the other modes at same time. My focus is always more with Featured Program & Side Programs. Then if I can have time to spare, I would do some Events or Ranked. However with Ranked you have lots more time before the season expires. With Events it goes by too fast for someone like me with limited time & it being hard to get high up enough within the Event Path to win some of the rewards & evenless complete the entire Path.

they won't put bosses in packs....but I don't care how they do events, I only play if I want the reward cards, even though paying for them is probably the better option since they aren't expensive....then just focus on BR and RS

They already put bosses in packs. The fotf while a different concept are still bosses

I looked at them differently myself. Because their were 30. Id assume they will be like the past games for bosses going forward. Maybe they add them to Chaes packs (and further dilute the chances at Delgado)
