Yes.

Go to the payer card and look at the PXP tab. It spells out there.

I have noticed this year that they give you credit for partial innings now. I don't think that was a thing in the past.

Inning Pitched 40, Strikeout 10, Win 20, Complete Game 25, Shutout 25, Save 20, Quality Start 10, Holds 20

Hitters
Plate Appearance 10, Single 5, Double 10, Triple 20, Home Run 20, RBI 5, Run 5, Stolen Base 5, Walk 5

Remember - when a pitcher hits, they get the PXP for whatever happens during their plate appearance and what they do on base. That's why it's so much easier to level up pitchers than hitters.
