Seems like they are toning cards down this year compared to last year. So cards are more useable for a longer period of time. Compared to last year where 2nd inning was 95 overall and Ws rewards were 96 Seager and Wieter I believe. Jumped to all 99 overalls way too quickly
Agree but with how [censored] poor the online game is, lot of people will be bailing before they even see a 99.

I counted my stubs like 3 time waiting for you to respond bottom line is I have enough to buy this card and know it will be a good card yet you still haven't said why the card is an L beside saying the card is an L to try and be part of the cool kids group of mlb the show forums
Because like every other year they will wait until the 7th and 8th inning to drop the big dogs by the time half the community is bored or done playing. Vinny Castillo might have decent stats but I will always have to wait for Ken Griffey Jr and Jimmy Fox and babe Ruth and all the huge name guys until I'm almost done with the game. Cards have been blah in my opinion this entire first month and I have most of them I just don't have every single face of the franchise or the Joe mauer collection or those stupid anime cards but I have everything else
This is my issue with the content. It's awesome but the cards I WANT to play with aren't released until when I'm usually done with the game.

grinding all year for complete LS collections and then boom new game - this is the biggest problem
unless you have no life or some kid with 0 life responsibilities then it just sucks

im rocking in RS right now Bader in LF, Buxtonator in CF, and that Veteran Gold Hunter Renfrew in RF - this is a deadly combo for me so far until then yes Griffey is the main dawg and TroutFish

Overly negative forum? Is it our fault it is 2022 and SDS can't get a handle on servers, connections or matchmaking? How about a game they have been developing for what 20 years? All I want is a good and fair experience. I shouldn't have to be hitting 110 mph wiffle balls because you match me up with someone 1000 miles away or someone that pay $9.99/mo for internet. Is it their fault their internet sucks? Not always but don't match me up with it. Not rocket science here.

Dude I don't even know where to go from here with you. You've been complaining about the same thing for 5 years. Why do you put yourself through this? I don't know why your experience is so horrible compared to mine. I've seen the warping pitches and stuff you have mentioned in the past but it's not that consistent with me. Also, after this 120 hz upgrade on PS5 the game is running smoother than ever. You can even play in MLB stadiums with no issue. The only lag I see this year is at the Field of dreams that is a horrible experience.

Well, I played baseball from the age of 6 to 24. I've tried everything. Tried VPN this year which hasn't worked either. Also dealing with blurriness in my right eye that may be contributing to my troubles. Going to eye doctor today. Even when I do hit balls with good timing in the pci, I rarely get hits. Seems like maybe 1 in 4 actually goes for a hit.
This was the first season I actually tried to make ws and did not. Funny how I can turn on Nolan in legend bp but get blow away by low 90's in online.

no bud i've been away for work a lot and hardly playing but i am 4-1 in RS baby levels so far just crushing kids dreams - i am sure that Renfrew card will be horrible at HOF level his vision i believe is around 38
