I have one in my lineup and that's it, its just comical to me when Lindor is batting .273 but that's good for a +3 upgrade

Works for me. He's one of 5 cards i need to complete the LS and that 70K stub differential is a HUGE win for me.

These roster updates were nuts. Makes me wonder if theyr'e trying to control the market a bit more.

Lol, they go by way more than Batting Avg. Honestly I dont even thing BA factors in.

They don’t just look at production at the plate.. And when you combine everything that player has an impact on, you get a WAR rating. Which is what I think they go off of most.

Yeah it’s really not as simple as batting averages, the averages are compared to last year and 2 years before. Turner is almost 30 points below his last three years and Linder is almost 30 points above his last three years. They didn’t just switch there hitting stats, they just got closer together.

Dropping the gate keeper for an entire divisions price in half is literally the opposite of controlling a market. It’s actually huge evidence that they DON’T control anything.
Its just not realistic to think a team of guys sits there and crunches every stat for every player in the league. It’s an algorithm, they do next to nothing, they input the stats and it does the rest. It would take dozens of people working all day to do all of that.

Lol, I sold Tatis 2 weeks ago to get Trea and finish the entire Dodgers to get Gibson. Not really regretting it, but in that time the Cover Athletes program and Tatis' price shot up and not Trea down. No regrets, but I got the stub shaft!

I'm not a conspiracy theory guy especially for a video game so this point is not really worth arguing for me. But, I was looking at it from the other side of things. I was meaning that they were adding some unexpected upgrades and downgrades to throw off investers. The collection means nothing after the first month or so. The upgrades is where the stubs come from. Them changing QS vaules is evidence of that already. But lets see how the year plays out.

I was able to finally complete the Dodgers because of the downgrade thankfully!
