Yea I’m pretty sure that’s when his friend put in the other name. You should be able to change the name though ! It shouldn’t be this complicated.

If your son’s friend is the one who changed the name, can’t you get that same kid to come and change it back?

Yeah, how pathetically easy, unhelpful, and stupid it was for that one idiot to chime in with "serves you right for not watching your son." Some people are just miserable and need to stand in judgment.
I hope you find a solution to this soon, although I have no idea about how to solve the issue...

I'm confused about in game user name... the in game name is your user name through the console... do you mean his diamond dynasty team name???
If you mean The Show login create a new one and then link to the console name.

First and foremost I recommend turning off messages until you can straighten this out so he doesn't receive any more messages from people.

Just an FYI SDS rarely responds on here unless it’s a major issue. I’d just make a new account.

Lol yeah you met the forum gang today. Probably the smelly suck bags sending him messages. SDS doesn’t communicate anything here as a result of them, and then they complain about not getting communication.
It’s more of an ironic entertainment forum as opposed to a helpful one. Good luck, probably best to just start over. I’d just air that kid out in front of his parents next time they come pick him up. Then buy your kid and bunch of cool [censored] and rub it in his face.
