Fielder urgency

I know some of us have talked about this for years, but it really seems worse this year. There is not much urgency in fielders responding to pushing a button. There is a definite delay and its like guys just stop sometimes. It's very frustrating. I know the update last night had a couple notes on that, but it still seems to be an issue. Animations take over and we can't execute plays that we see happening. Come on, let's quicken up the reactions a bit.
And there are still way too many just random errors. A routine ground ball to second base with a gold or diamond fielder and he botches the ball.

Lol of all the complaints I have on this year's version, fielder urgency is at the bottom. Not because I don't think it's terrible, or important. But because it's been an issue so long that people that have played a while just know to preload regardless of the situation. They literally will never be able to fully fix it, and it really doesn't feel like they ever tried
