Decided to blow a ton of stubs on packs today. Usually this blow out happens near August when I lose interest in the game; we are ahead of schedule. Not one single diamond lol.

I miraculously pulled Degrom in a pack today after opening 103 packs with 0 diamonds lol.

Finally pulled a diamond out of the 5 pack in the cover athletes program. Nolan Arenado, i will gladly take that. 14 teams left

Did alright. Opened maybe 500 packs pulled pujols twice, Lofton, Harper, semien, some 85s.
Kept selling stuff off to buy another 50 lol. Major trout fishing. Ended up down probably 100k stubs. Still sittin pretty with the AL done. Could have been worse all said and done.

My theory is if you are buying packs to buy them at the start of the game or during a stub sale. I have a very unfounded theory that there are better odds at those times and worse odds other times which balance everything out to the 1 in 50. Saying all of that…I am sure I will blow stubs on packs this week.

I never said I spend money nor encouraged others to do so. Just pointed out the time that it seems diamonds flow more and if you think about it, it makes sense from a business aspect.

I never said I spend money nor encouraged others to do so. Just pointed out the time that it seems diamonds flow more and if you think about it, it makes sense from a business aspect.
Never said you did, it was a PSA for everyone. Don't give these schmucks money because they nerfed all rewards. That's why they nerfed them; so everyone would get pissed off in the first 4 weeks and buy stubbs.

I opened 5 packs last night, pulled a Marcus Semien. 15 packs the night before and Max Scherzer. 5 packs before Zack Wheeler. It all evens out amongst the community. When I wasnt pulling diamonds everyone else was and I am sure it will be that way shortly again.

Lol I spent 200k on packs tonight... looking like I'm gonna have to buy the rest of the collection. I'll wait till the first pack sale and put my credit card in a head lock.
