Need help resetting password to the show account

Whenever i try to log in to my show account it tells me an error occured. I figured the pw was wrong so im trying to reset it but when i get the email there is no reset key. Ive seen other posts on this forum from past years saying the same thing but theres never an answer or resolution as to what to do. So, please, what do i do? I even tried making a brand new account and it gives me the error occured message again when i try to log in and i know for a fact the info is right. Ah well im at a loss. Ive tried to log in on pc, phone, tablet, nothing works. I need to log in so i can start collecting the drops ive accumulated. Thanks

Im not letting this go to the third page. Theres no excuse for not having password reset keys sent to your email when it says its there and required to change a pw.

You're not alone. I'm also having this problem and I've seen posts that others are too. Thing was I was connected two years ago, but for some reason, I took some dumb online advice and unconnected the Twitch account. I've been since unable to connect it back and, like you, when I try to reset the password, I don't get a reset code in the email. I've tried to read it in different browsers thinking that would help, but it didn't. I've been toldl twice by devs (once last year and once this year) it's being worked on. I would hope hope HOPE it's a high priority since it's been going on so long. Maybe it's a gripe between SDS and Twitch. I hope not.
@Pat_SDS_PSN, @Collin_SDS_PSN, any relief from this aggravating problem would be much appreciated. I really love this game, but this bug has gone on too long. It needs to be fixed. PLEASE.

I'm just curious if there's anyone who has gotten the reset code and has been able to change their password. If you could pass on a few details (browser, PC or Mac, etc.) that might be helpful.

The email you receive from that link/form is without a password reset key. Of which is needed to reset the pw.
