LS Acuna Jr Went Missing

Hello all - I pulled a LS Acuna Jr right after launch, played with him for a week or so and then he vanished with no trace . I had already locked him into the collection but now he’s gone. I submitted a ticket to MLB the show a week ago and haven’t heard back. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I too have 4 Trouts, 6 DeGroms, and 3 Vlads missing. SDS, please contact me.
As someone who's pulled Trout, DeGrom, and Acuna twice, in all seriousness -- I hope the OP gets his guy back if it's legit.
